We provide training and technical assistance to individuals, groups, schools, programs, organizations and governments on culturally appropriate planning, service delivery and evaluation in the area of children, youth and family initiatives.

Our Staff is listed according to Lakota Protocol - that is the eldest males  and females first, and then by age to the youngest.

We are located in a building about 4 miles south of Sharp's Corner on the PineRidge Reservation, in Southwest South Dakota. Please come and visit us when you are in the area.  You can use our main number to call any of our staff,  or write us at the mailing address listed on this page.

If you are interested in applying here are the following application procedures:
1. Complete a WPI employment application (located at the Business Office where the forms are kept on the shelf as you go in the door) and attach all relevant information (Incomplete applications will be returned to you).
        Relevant information to be considered for employment include:
        A. Current drug test results (within the last 30 days)
        B. Tribal/State/Federal Background Check (within the last 12 months)
        C. Three References (See attached reference form)
        D. Educational Documentation (diploma, transcripts, certificates)
        E. If claiming Veterans or Tribal Preference attach official documentation
        F. Resume (Optional)
 
2. Submit a letter of interest and completed application to the Executive Director (or a designee if absent) before closing date above.
